1. When you get a full refund
- We cannot identify one Chinese legal entity from the materials you provide.
- We do not deliver the report within 2 business days of payment and receipt of usable materials, and the delay is not caused by waiting for additional material we asked you for.
2. When we do not refund
- The report has been delivered.
- The materials you provided are shown to be forged, or do not belong to you.
3. How to request
Email support@chinatherealdeal.com with your order ID within 7 days of the order date.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.
