1. What we collect
- Your email address.
- The supplier name and the documents you submit for verification.
- For a Lookup report: the company name or credit code you search for, the company you select, and the report we produce for it.
- For Lookup searches: the text you type into the search box, with email addresses and long numbers (other than company credit codes) replaced where we can identify them, whether the search found companies, and whether you went on to checkout. It is not stored with your IP address.
- Order and payment records, which are held by Stripe, our payment provider.
- We also use self-hosted Umami at stats.qingyayoufang.com, on Tencent Cloud in mainland China, for page-view statistics. We send only the page path (without query parameters or fragments), the referring site, screen size and language; the server derives approximate location, browser and device information from requests. We do not send form input, report contents, payment tokens or account identities, and do not enable session replay or automatic click tracking. Umami uses no analytics cookies and generates short-lived statistical identifiers from request information; raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database, although the infrastructure receives connection metadata. Enable Do Not Track or block stats.qingyayoufang.com to stop Umami without affecting the site. Existing Cloudflare analytics and optional advertising measurement are separate.
2. What we use it for
We use order information to produce your report and contact you about it. Optional advertising measurement is described below. For a Lookup report, we use your search to find the company, send its credit code to our data provider to retrieve the record, and email you the report link or a refund notice.
We use stored search text to check whether the search finds the companies people look for and to improve it.
3. Who processes it
- Stripe — payment processing; we never see your card details.
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, bot protection and sending our emails.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen) — extracting fields from the documents you upload, and translating registry records into English for Lookup reports. It receives the record's Chinese text, not your email. Your documents are not used to train models.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen) also receives the English name you type, as you typed it, when we suggest likely Chinese company names for it. It does not receive the email address you give at checkout.
- Business-registry data providers in mainland China — retrieving a company's registry record for a Lookup report. They receive the company name or credit code you search for, not your email or payment details.
- A business-information provider in mainland China — finding companies by English name. We query it through our own server; it receives the English name you type, as you typed it, but not the email address you give at checkout, your payment details or your IP address.
4. How long we keep it
- Uploaded documents are deleted 30 days after your report is delivered.
- Order records are kept for as long as the law requires.
- A Lookup report is deleted 30 days after it is ready. The lookup record (your email, the company, the payment reference and any consented campaign source) is kept with our order records.
- Search results are held for 30 minutes so that you can pay for the company you selected. Searches and Lookup payments use a per-visitor counter based on your IP address and the date, kept for two days.
- Stored search text is deleted after 90 days. If you buy a Lookup report, the lookup record keeps a reference to the search it came from.
5. Free tools
Business licence images uploaded to the free tools are sent to our model provider to read the fields and are not stored by us. We keep a hash of the file, the time of the request, and a per-visitor rate-limit counter (based on your IP address and the date) for two days. Our model provider processes the image under its own terms; we do not use your documents to train models.
6. People named in registry records
Company registry records name individuals, such as legal representatives, shareholders and parties to court records. In a Lookup report we show these people by surname only, and we remove ID numbers, phone numbers and email addresses that we can identify. Free text in a record, such as an address or business scope, is shown as published and may still contain a name.
If you find information about yourself in a Lookup report and want it removed, email us with the report link and we will remove it from the stored report.

Optional advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads receives visit and purchase-event data, including ad-click identifiers when available, an opaque order identifier, the amount and currency. Google may also process technical data such as your IP address. We do not send your email, supplier names, uploaded documents, file names or verification findings to Google. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled.
We remember your choice for 180 days. With permission, we store the most recent campaign source in this browser for up to 30 days and attach it to your order or Lookup purchase; that source record is kept with the order or lookup record. You can decline or withdraw permission using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining does not affect purchasing. Withdrawal clears our browser source record and stops future measurement; it does not erase data already sent or source records already attached to orders. Contact us to request deletion. Lookup purchases are not reported to Google.
