Plain-English summary. We collect only what we need to produce your report, keep uploads for 30 days after delivery, and never sell data.

1. What we collect
- Your email address.
- The supplier name and the documents you submit for verification.
- Order and payment records, which are held by Paddle, our payment provider.
2. What we use it for
Only to produce your report and to contact you about it.
3. Who processes it
- Paddle — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — hosting and storage.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen) — extracting fields from the documents you upload. Your documents are not used to train models.
4. How long we keep it
- Uploaded documents are deleted 30 days after your report is delivered.
- Order records are kept for as long as the law requires.
5. Free tools
Business licence images uploaded to the free tools are not stored. We record only a hash of the file and the time of the request.
