1. Nature of the service
The service is a review of the documents you provide and of public records. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to proceed with or abandon a transaction.
A Lookup report is an automated English rendering of the record that a commercial business-registry data provider holds for the company you selected, as retrieved on the date shown in the report. It is not obtained directly from a government registry and is not reviewed by a person. It is not a check of your documents, of the payee or bank account you were asked to pay, or of the factory.
2. Free tools
The free tools check the format of a Unified Social Credit Code and read the fields of a business licence image. A valid format or a readable licence is not a finding that the company exists, is in good standing, or is creditworthy.

ThinkAsModel Limited is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Chinese government registry or authority.
4. Limitation
Our reports, guides and free tools have defined limits. A report records the findings and unresolved questions described in it as of its review date. A public record may be incomplete or may change. An unsuccessful search or the absence of a record is not proof that an issue does not exist. Automated extraction and translation may contain errors; compare the output with the original document before relying on it.
For Lookup reports in particular: the data provider's coverage is incomplete, and some records, such as court enforcement records, may be missing or cut short. "No record found" means no record in the source we queried on that date. Lists in a report show a limited number of entries with the total count. Where a field could not be translated, names, addresses and similar fields are shown in the Chinese original only, and descriptive text, such as the reasons for an abnormal-operation listing or penalty details, is withheld. Pointers in a report are produced by fixed rules from the record; they are not a rating of the company or a recommendation.
The Service does not establish bank-account ownership, inspect factories, test products or guarantee that a supplier will fulfil a contract. Decide what additional checks or professional advice your transaction requires before making a payment.
These limitations describe the scope of our work. They do not exclude our obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill or any liability, right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. For paid reports, the Terms of service and Refund policy also apply.
