1. What the service is
The Pre-payment Supplier Verification ("the Service") is a document-based review provided by ThinkAsModel Limited ("we", "us"). For a single fee you receive one written report on one Chinese legal entity, covering: subject confirmation, key findings, items not verified, and recommended next actions.
2. Delivery
Reports are delivered by email within two business days (Hong Kong time) of payment and receipt of usable materials. If we need more material we will ask once; the clock restarts when it arrives.
3. No guarantee
Verification results do not guarantee transaction safety, contract performance, or ownership of any bank account. A report describes what the documents and public records show at the time of review. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to proceed with or abandon a transaction.
4. Refunds
Full refund if we cannot identify the legal entity from the materials you provide, or if we fail to deliver within the stated time. No refund once a report has been delivered. See the Refund policy.
5. Your materials
You confirm you are entitled to share the documents you upload. We use them only to produce your report and delete them 30 days after delivery. See Privacy.
6. Liability
