We confirm the legal entity

We match the Chinese legal name and the 18-digit Unified Social Credit Code, then check the documents against each other. Nothing is guessed from an English trading name.

Plain English, by email. Verified facts, items to watch, and how strong the evidence is for each one.

What we check

  • The registered legal entity behind the licence you were sent
  • Whether the name on the quotation matches the licence
  • Whether the beneficiary name matches, and if not, whether the mismatch is a common legitimate pattern or a warning sign
  • Registration status, entity type, registered capital, date of establishment
  • Which of your documents are internally consistent, and which are not

What we do not check

  • Whether the factory can actually make your product, on time, to spec
  • Who owns the bank account — only a bank can confirm that
  • Whether the salesperson talking to you is authorised by the company
  • Anything that would require a site visit or a lawyer

A report tells you what is confirmed and what is still open. It is not a guarantee that the transaction is safe.
