One supplier, one written report, two business days.
You send the paperwork a Chinese supplier gave you. A person confirms the legal entity, checks the documents against each other and against the registry, and writes down what is confirmed, what is not, and what to ask for before you pay.
US$129, less the US$9 you paid for the company report: US$120.
- Delivered by email within 2 business days
- Reviewed by a person, not generated
- Full refund if your materials are not enough to identify the legal entity
- No account. Pay by card via Stripe.

What a finding looks like
Each report has a short list of findings. Every finding says what the record shows, where it comes from, what it does not prove, and what to ask next. This one is from our toy-supplier sample.
The representative changed; the shareholder did not
Provider record- What it shows
- The displayed legal representative changed during 2026 (exact date withheld). The shareholder table still shows one natural person holding 100%.
- What it does not prove
- Ownership and signing authority are different roles. An older licence may not reflect the current representative.
- Ask the supplier
- Request the current business licence and the authority of the person signing the proposed contract.

Common questions
My supplier's documents are only in Chinese. Is that a problem?
No. Most are. Send them as they are; the report is in English.
I only have a quotation and an English company name.
That can be enough to start. If we cannot identify one legal entity from it, we ask you once for more. If that still does not settle it, you get a full refund.
Do you contact the supplier?
No. We work from your documents and public records; the supplier is not told.
Can you tell me whether the factory can make my order?
No. Capacity, quality and delivery need a factory audit or an inspection company. The report tells you what the records do and do not show, so you know what to ask them to check.
What happens to my files?
They are used only for your report and deleted 30 days after delivery.
Can I get the report in another language?
Reports are in English by default. Email us before ordering to confirm another language.
